From July 1 to June 30, the budgetary school year is quickly approaching, so it's time to take stock of your accrued leave and prepare for the upcoming year.
Please note that on the July 15 warrant, you will notice that all balances for sick leave, personal business, and vacation time will display as zeros until the upload for Fiscal Year 25 is completed; this is a standard procedure as we transition into the new fiscal year.
To ensure accuracy and accountability, we strongly encourage all employees to track their leave balances diligently throughout the year. This will help them manage their time off effectively and prevent discrepancies in their leave accruals.
Once the upload for Fiscal Year 25 appears on your check stubs, we urge you to review it carefully to verify that your accrued leave balances are accurate. If you notice any discrepancies or have any questions regarding your leave balances, please don't hesitate to contact the HR department for clarification and assistance. Yes, it is early to start reviewing your time but it is the best time to start verifying the allotments for accuracy.
